Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to provide strategic leadership across our Ophthalmology theatres, outpatients and preoperative assessment services. This is a key senior leadership role where youll be responsible for the quality, safety and operational performance of the full perioperative pathway from first outpatient contact through to theatre and discharge. Working closely with the Head of Nursing & Clinical Governance, consultants and multidisciplinary teams, youll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, driving continuous improvement and ensuring outstanding patient care.
