Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team. As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well. No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful. What youll be doing Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines Providing companionship and emotional support Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity Assisting with meals, activities, and wellbeing Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues What were looking for You dont need to have worked in care before (although its great if you have).
