An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly specialist Audiologist or Clinical Scientist to join UCLH as Audiology Professional Manager (Paediatric Auditory Implants) on a 12 month fixed term post to cover maternity leave.
We are seeking a motivated, skilled leader with significant cochlear implant experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to equality, safeguarding, and sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading auditory implant centres, working in a multidisciplinary environment dedicated to delivering world-class clinical care, education, and research.
You will lead the Paediatric Auditory Implant Audiology Service, providing advanced clinical expertise in assessment, programming, and rehabilitation of paediatric cochlear implant users. Alongside managing a complex caseload, you will provide professional leadership to the team, ensuring highquality, patient-centred care in line with national and international standards. The role also includes responsibility for staff management, service planning, clinical governance, and driving innovation through research, audit, and education.
