CCS Administrator (12-month fixed term contract)

Job Title: CCS Administrator
Location: Workington
Salary: Up to £27,810 per annum + benefits package.
Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days)
Pension scheme: up to 8% employer contribution
Life Assurance: 4 x annual salary
Benefits: Generous Benefits Scheme

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) manages over 7,400 homes in the North of England. Our in-house team, Castles & Coasts Services (CCS), handles repairs, maintenance, and other services for CCHA properties.

Your Role:

Be part of a professional and customer focused team.
Provide efficient, effective and high standard of work.
Support the team to conduct repairs and maintenance activities safely, minimising downtime, and maximising productivity and customer satisfaction.
Work with other teams, external suppliers and contractors.


Requirements:

5 GCSEs A*- C, (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths
Experience of working within cyclical, planned and/or responsive maintenance programmes.
Use of bespoke IT systems, especially mobile working and job control software.
Computer literacy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
