We are looking for Shift Lead to work shifts providing care to older people and support the staff team. We provide long term Residential care to 24 people living with Dementia. In addition we provide respite care.
We need someone to join our senior team. We require flexibility and reliability. We need someone who is kind, loves spending time with people, easy to talk to and can build relationships quickly with people from all walks of life. We are looking for people who likes a challenge and variety in their role. You will need to have good communication skills and want to make a difference.
