Temporary Domiciliary Care Worker
Monmouthshire
£14.50–£15 per hour (includes paid travel between client visits)
We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Temporary Domiciliary Care Workers in Monmouthshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support and companionship to adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Role Responsibilities:
Travel safely between clients’ homes, with paid time included
Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks
Assist with moving and handling, using equipment such as hoists safely
Administer medication (if trained)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Promote independence and dignity for clients
Requirements:
6 months previous UK care/support experience
Experience with moving and handling, using equipment such as hoists
Caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
Ability to work flexible hours
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Driving license and vehicle preferred
SCW Registration
