Crynodeb
We are looking for a caring, reliable and motivated Support Worker to join our team at Walc House, a small residential home supporting 4 adults with learning disabilities.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, supporting individuals to live safe, independent and fulfilling lives.
Working Pattern
• 12-hour shifts
• Working on a Pitman schedule (structured rota with regular rest days)
• Includes a mix of days, weekends and bank holidays
Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred care and support
• Assist with daily living tasks (personal care, meals, activities)
• Support residents with independence and choice
• Follow care plans and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support residents in the community
• Work as part of a team to ensure a safe environment
What We’re Looking For
• A caring and compassionate approach
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and flexible
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
