Working on the early shift, you will assist the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining non-production areas of the site to the high standards required within the pharmaceutical industry.

This opportunity is within a well-established and growing organisation operating in a regulated environment. Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards is critical, so attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

Duties include:

• Ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use
• Refilling dispensers (soap, hand towels, toilet rolls, paper rolls)
• Maintaining and recording housekeeping standards
• Managing site laundry to ensure timely availability of clean overalls
• Providing cover across cleaning roles as required
• Collecting, segregating, and disposing of waste in line with company policies
• Reporting faults, issues, or concerns related to cleaning or equipment
• Supporting additional cleaning tasks where required
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Carrying out emergency and ad hoc cleaning duties as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Direct cleaning or industrial cleaning experience (preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs and schedules accurately
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed attitude
• Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or GMP/regulated setting is beneficial but not essential
