- Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom organisation
- Encourage confidence, engagement, and independence
- Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care background desirable)
- Are patient, understanding, and adaptable
- Communicate well and work effectively within a team
- Build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
- Are flexible and confident working across different school settings
- Are committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
