Your Impact

In this rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of the classroom, helping pupils unlock their potential and build confidence every step of the way.

You will:
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons and create engaging learning experiences
- Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social development
- Use creative strategies to break down barriers to learning
- Encourage independence, resilience, and positive participation
- Collaborate closely with the SENCO and wider support team

Every day, your support will help shape a safe, structured, and inspiring environment where pupils feel understood, valued, and capable. Who You Are We're looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education. You'll ideally have:
- Experience working with children, particularly within SEN or education settings
- A strong understanding of inclusive and adaptive learning approaches
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive mindset
- The ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs
- A real passion for supporting children's growth and wellbeing
