Working with digital and information teams, you’ll help improve how services use software systems so staff can work more efficiently and patients receive safer, more accurate care. This role supports colleagues across City Health Care Partnership CIC by making sure systems are well set up, understood and used consistently.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that works closely with services to deliver system improvements, training and clear ways of working. Your work will help teams record and use information confidently, supporting better decisions and service planning.
We are also able to offer hybrid working, allowing our team flexibility to work from home, whilst still maintaining contact with the team by attending the office two/three days per week. Based at the Business Support Centre in Hull the role may also require you to travel across the East Riding with occasional visits to the Northwest.
What you’ll do:
• Support the delivery of software system projects from planning through to implementation
• Configure and improve systems so they meet service needs
• Develop clear guidance and standard operating procedures
• Provide advice, training and support to staff at all levels
• Help improve data quality and consistent reporting across teams
What we’re looking for:
• Experience supporting or managing digital or software systems
• Confidence explaining technical information in a clear, simple way
• Good planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of people and teams
• An organised approach, with attention to detail and data quality
In this position, you will contribute to the continuous advancement of our primary clinical system, SystmOne, working alongside the wider Systems team and subject matter experts, while also enjoying the scope to assume additional duties in training delivery and reporting.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences and are committed to fair, inclusive recruitment where everyone is treated with respect and supported to succeed
