    The Opportunity

    Join a busy small animal practice offering a great work-life balance with no weekends or OOH. This role is perfect for a nurse looking to focus on clinical work in a supportive environment without front-of-house responsibilities.

    The Role
    • Full-time role (approx. 38 hours per week)
    • Monday to Friday only (8:00am – 7:00pm rota)
    • Flexible shift patterns available
      Salary & Benefits
      • Salary £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

        Key duties include:

        • Supporting surgical procedures and anaesthesia monitoring
        • Working within a strong dental caseload (scale & polish, extractions support)
        • Assisting with diagnostics including imaging and lab work
        • Preparing, sterilising, and maintaining surgical equipment
        • Providing high standards of inpatient care
        • Supporting vets with procedures and day-to-day clinical operations
          Clinical Environment
          • Busy small animal practice with varied caseload
          • Strong focus on dentistry and surgical nursing
          • In-house laboratory
          • Ultrasound and diagnostic imaging
          • Dental X-ray and dedicated dental suite
          • No reception duties – dedicated front-of-house team
            Team Structure
            • 2 Veterinary Surgeons
            • 1 Full-time RVN + 1 Part-time RVN
            • Practice Manager and support team
            • Regular locum support when required
