FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
21 hours per week - Flexible Working
Hourly Rate: £13.45
Headway Ayrshire, based in Ayr, is a registered Scottish Charity with a vast experience of working in the field of acquired brain injury throughout Ayrshire.
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Finance Administrator who will ensure the smooth running of the administrative and finance functions for the organisation. This will include payment of accounts, salaries, petty cash and banking, as well as being responsible for the smooth running of the administration and clerical work, e.g. filing, stationery and supply orders, processing enquiries and providing administrative support to the Manager. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Previous administration experience is desirable.
