Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking to appoint a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. Duties:
- Managing the customer journey within the Service Department, ensuring a positive experience for clients
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Liaising effectively between service advisors, technicians, and customers
- Promoting additional services to maximise workshop productivity
- Achieving individual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handling customer inquiries and providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and servicing
- Following dealership processes accurately and efficiently
- Contributing towards the dealership’s reputation for excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or Trainee Service Advisor is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Knowledge of main dealer operations is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
