What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Experience working in a nursery setting, ideally with babies
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Ability to lead a room and maintain standards confidently
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily care and routines within the baby room
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Complete observations and maintain accurate development records
- Maintain safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support and guide nursery practitioners within the room
- Communicate effectively with parents during drop-off and collection
