Job Title: Part-Time Catering Assistant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness, assist with basic food preparation, and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently during service hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure all food storage areas are clean and properly stocked
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
• Dispose of waste appropriately and keep work areas tidy
Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
