Automotive Vehicle Technician

38k basic + 6k bonus + company benefits
Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00. 1 in 6 Saturday mornings 8.00 – 1.00
You must be able to use current diagnostic equipment, have a proven track record in delivering 'right first time' work and have good communication skills.
In this role you will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, and repair and service customer vehicles.
Responsibilities for the Vehicle Technician / Mechanic :
• Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across our vehicle range.
• Ensure every repair is a quality, first-time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions.
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities.
About you the Vehicle Technician / Mechanic :
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
• NVQ Level 3 or have a minimum or IMI
• Own tools
