An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Façade Engineer to join an established consultancy team based in Glasgow. This role is suited to an engineer with a strong consultancy background who is looking to play a key role in strengthening the team while delivering high-quality façade engineering solutions across a diverse project portfolio.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced façade specialists, taking a key role in design delivery, technical reviews, and client engagement across a wide range of projects, including both new build and remediation schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead façade design, analysis, and technical detailing
- Deliver reports, specifications, and compliance reviews
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors across project stages
Requirements- Proven façade engineering experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, cladding, and building envelope performance
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and compliance requirements
Desirable- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Experience leading projects or managing client relationships
- Background in façade remediation or external wall assessments
