An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen, motivated and experienced registered nurses to join the Clinical Site Management Team as Developmental Clinical Site Managers to support the Trust in the delivery of a 24/7 service.
The successful candidates will learn the day to day management of capacity and flow through the Trust. They will be expected to be able to make complex decisions weighing up all the facts with regard to managing the flow when the Trust is experiencing capacity pressures. They will become experienced in managing issues and making decisions with regard to staffing, clinical placement of patients and understanding dependency and supporting staff in managing patients with mental health issues and the legal responsibility the duty manager has in these. The individual will develop skills and experience in site safety and management, these are integral facets of the role.
The successful individuals will be expected to be experienced in the recognition of acutely ill patients and be able to make appropriate and timely clinical decisions in support of the H@N and Outreach services.
