Location: Malvern
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Malvern. The school is committed to delivering personalised education for pupils with additional needs, ensuring every child is supported to achieve their individual goals.
You will be working with a small group of pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering tailored lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. The school benefits from experienced support staff and a leadership team that values consistency and collaboration.
What the role involves:
Planning and delivering individualised lessons to meet a range of SEN needs
Adapting teaching strategies to support different learning styles and abilities
Working closely with teaching assistants to provide targeted support
Implementing EHCP targets and tracking pupil progress
Creating a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Supporting pupils’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching approaches
A patient, resilient, and nurturing teaching style
Effective behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
