Are you a dedicated and experienced special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) tutor looking for a rewarding part-time role in the Ruislip area? Our client, a prominent educational organisation in Greater London, is seeking a talented SEND Tutor to join their team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, each with their own unique learning needs and challenges. Your role will be to create individualised lesson plans, employ innovative teaching strategies, and provide the one-on-one support necessary for these students to flourish academically and personally. The salary range for this part-time role is £30-£40 per hour, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced SEND professionals.

- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of SEND students
- Utilise a range of teaching methods and resources to engage and support students
- Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular feedback on student progress
- Relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS
- Significant experience working with SEND students in a tutoring or classroom setting
- In-depth knowledge of SEND teaching strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of education professionals
- Commitment to continuing professional development
