As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include…
Managing an active personal caseload of Employee Benefits renewals
Ensuring sales targets and conversion rates are achieved
Generating high-quality leads for the Life & Protection team in line with monthly targets
Following FCA regulations & develop expertise in PMI/ Dental & Cash Plan Benefits
Keeping up-to-date with insurer products, market updates, & regulatory changes
Building relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants
We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience…
At least 1 years’ experience in a sales role
A strong negotiator and the ability to notice cross selling opportunities
A passion for providing quality client care and successfully delivering results
Strong customer service focus with a drive to exceed targets
Great written & communication skills and can adjust to different types of customers
Previous experience in an FCA regulated business would be an advantage
In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of up to £27,000, plus the following benefits…
