- Teach and support secondary‑aged pupils with a variety of SEND needs
- Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet individual learning profiles
- Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and external professionals
- Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
- Use effective behaviour management and regulation techniques
- Track progress, maintain accurate records and contribute to review meetings
- Foster independence, confidence and positive engagement in learning
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
- Strong experience working with SEND pupils at secondary level
- Ability to differentiate effectively and manage diverse learning needs
- Confident behaviour management and a calm, patient approach
- Someone available to start ASAP and commit to a long‑term role
