Sales Manager
Sales Manager – Northern Ireland (Agri Parts) - Northern Ireland (covering all 6 counties) – Field-Based - £45,000 – £65,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits
The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and grow dealer relationships across Northern Ireland. Covering all six counties, this is a field based role focused on driving sales of agricultural parts into an established dealer network while identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with agricultural dealers across Northern Ireland
- Drive sales growth of agri parts within the existing customer base
- Identify and secure new dealer partnerships
- Deliver against sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers
- Work closely with internal teams including logistics, customer service, and marketing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management via CRM
The Company:

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within agriculture or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery parts, dealer networks, or farming industry
- Experience selling into dealers or trade customers highly desirable
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
The Package:
- Competitive salary of £45,000 – £65,000 DOE
