Our client is a UK-Based energy consulting firm that helps organisations understand and manage value, risk, and revenues in the energy market and flexible assets. As an energy market advisory, they are involved in power markets, gas and LNG, and hydrogen. Their HQ is in central London, and they are an innovative and entrepreneurial team with a passion for commercial and analytical problem solving.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Commercial Analyst to join the team and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects across power markets. This is an opportunity to combine deep analytical expertise with client-facing responsibility, contributing to complex transactions, strategic insights, and market-leading thinking.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Analyst to take ownership of complex, client-facing projects while contributing to business development and market insight.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality analysis, supporting client relationships, and shaping commercial thinking across energy markets.

Key Reponsibilities
Project Delivery

- Lead and deliver complex analytical projects from scoping through to presentation
- Apply modelling and analytical frameworks to solve commercial challenges
- Present findings clearly to clients and support senior stakeholders

Client Engagement & Business Development

- Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients
- Support proposals and contribute to winning new business
- Communicate insights with a strong commercial narrative

Market Insight & Thought Leadership

- Develop and share market views and commercial insights
- Contribute to scenario analysis and strategic thinking
- Support enhancement of analytical tools and methodologies

Team Contribution

- Mentor junior team members and support team development

About You

- Strong commercial understanding of energy, commodities, or infrastructure markets
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end in a client-facing environment
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
