We are currently looking for a Trade Counter Sales Advisor/Warehouse Operative to work on our busy Call & Collect Trade Counter and warehouse in Swindon.
The Position: As a Trade Counter Sales Advisor/Warehouse Operative you will assist with all aspects regarding Call and Collect customers as appropriate. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and maintain sales through the Call and Collect Counter
• Upsell to the Call and Collect customers
• Take and process orders and payments
• Pick customer orders and loads as required
• Ensure the goods are checked before dispatch
• Pick orders in the warehouse
• Provide cover every other Saturday

The Person
• Sales experience, preferably within the food wholesale sector
• Ability to identify and maximise upon sales opportunities by finding the best product for the customer’s needs.
• Ability to build relationships with your customers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC and numeracy skills
