You’ll join experienced colleagues within the Integrated Nursing and Conditions Services, where you’ll play an important role in helping patients in their own home supporting the Nursing Team. Full training will be provided to support your development in key clinical tasks.
What you’ll do:
• Provide person‑centred care to patients in their own homes
• Carry out wound care, phlebotomy and other agreed clinical tasks
• Administer insulin and other medication once fully trained
• Work closely with registered nurses to support safe care planning
• Travel within the community to reach patients who need your support
What we’re looking for:
• A caring, reliable approach and confidence working with people
• A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
• Willingness to learn new clinical skills with full training
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
• You may have experience in care, but we welcome applicants from varied backgrounds
