- Offering emotional support and guidance to students, helping them navigate the challenges they may face and promoting their social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, contributing to the overall assessment and reporting processes.
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, enabling you to effectively multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- The resilience and patience to work with students who may present challenging behaviours or complex needs.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, willing to embrace new strategies and methods to support student learning and development.
- Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational or care-based role.
- A recognised teaching assistant qualification or a willingness to undertake relevant training.

By joining our client's team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. Our supportive and inclusive work environment, coupled with opportunities for professional growth and development, will empower you to thrive in this rewarding role.

If you possess the skills, experience, and dedication to make a lasting impact as a Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant, we encourage you to apply. Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the position.
