Crynodeb
The CSUA is a group of 20 churches spread between Eastbourne, Crowborough, Haywards Heath & Lewes. We are looking for a part-time Property Officer to oversee the repair/maintenance of 7 homes across East Sussex for which we have responsibility. Would suit someone who can work on their own, has transport and is familiar with the repair and maintenance of properties and expects a high standard or workmanship. Should be comfortable with liaising with occupiers, obtaining quotes, have computer skills to maintain a contractor database and provide written reports to the Area Executive. The person appointed can work from home if they wish. Working hours are flexible but with attendance at some evening meetings, mostly online. Own transport required, mileage paid. 15 hours p.w. to be worked flexibly. (£20 per hour, annual equivalent £15,600). Pension scheme. Equivalent of 28 days holiday (84 hours) & 7 days to be taken during the Christmas & Easter weeks. Closing date 21st April, interviews following week.
