Summary

Electrician – New Build Housing
Location: Hailsham
Rate: £230 per day
Duration: Ongoing work
Start: Immediate / upcoming start available

We are currently recruiting experienced electricians for ongoing work on new build housing developments in the Hailsham area. This role is focused on 2nd fix installations and offers consistent work for the right candidates.

Duties will include:
• 2nd fix electrical installations on new build properties
• Installing sockets, switches, lighting, and consumer units
• Testing and final connections where required
• Working to site drawings and electrical regulations
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements:
• Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Valid ECS or JIB card
• Previous experience working on new build housing projects
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
