Duties:
- Carry out a mixture of panel, paint, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) repair work
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure vehicle safety and quality standards
- Identify faults and necessary repairs, advising on safety considerations
- Road test vehicles in a safe and legal manner to assess repair quality and roadworthiness
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ensure all work complies with industry safety regulations and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in panel, paint, and MET repair work
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Full UK driving licence
- ATA or NVQ qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
