Summary
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a growing engineering company for a Graduate Design Engineer to join their team in Grantham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to work on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one while being supported in their professional development.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
• Design systems
• Work on live projects from concept to completion
• Visit sites and collaborate with technicians, suppliers, and clients
• Gain exposure to manufacturing and installation processes
You’ll also benefit from structured development and support towards Chartership with professional bodies such as the Institution of Mechanical Engineers or Institution of Civil Engineers.
What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering (or similar)
• CAD experience (AutoCAD LT / SolidWorks preferred)
• A proactive attitude and passion for engineering
