Paragon Education is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our growing team in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting learners and making a meaningful impact in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Work one-to-one or in small groups with learners
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Provide tailored support to students with additional needs
Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young people (essential)
Experience in an educational or support role (desirable)
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training can be provided)
Ability to adapt and respond to individual learner needs
