SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunities – Worcestershire

Paragon Education is currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools and specialist settings across Worcestershire. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students with additional needs and making a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with special educational needs
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities based on individual needs
Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
Experience in a school or specialist setting (desirable)
Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent)
Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
