Summary
Our client, a well-established independent garage in Bracknell, is seeking a skilled and dedicated MOT Technician to join their reputable team.

- Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, with breaks – no weekend work

Duties:
- Perform routine services and maintenance, including brakes, suspension, clutches, and timing belts/chains
- Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics
- Carry out MOT testing for Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles (if MOT Licence held)
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards to maximise customer satisfaction
- Display enthusiasm and a desire for continuous professional development
- Work collaboratively within the workshop team to meet daily objectives
- Maintain workshop organisation and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MOT Technician within a motor trade environment
- Relevant automotive qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- MOT Licence is preferable but not mandatory
- Strong diagnostic skills for all vehicle makes and models
- Positive attitude with a proactive, ‘can-do’ approach
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Living locally to Bracknell or nearby areas preferred for ease of commute
