Our client, a well-established family-run Bodyshop in Wokingham, is seeking a skilled professional to join their busy team. Duties:
- Performing a variety of Panel, Paint, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) repair tasks
- Conducting vehicle inspections and testing to identify faults
- Diagnosing and rectifying safety-related issues
- Road testing vehicles in a safe and legal manner to assess repairs
- Ensuring high standards of repair quality and safety throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate records of repair work and vehicle condition
- Working closely with colleagues to meet customer deadlines while ensuring workmanship excellence
Requirements as a Bodyshop Technician:
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Panel Beater
- Proficiency in Panel Beating, Paint & MET Repair work
- Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality
- Full UK driving licence
- ATA or NVQ qualifications in vehicle body repair (desirable but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
