Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. You will manage deliveries, stock, and order fulfillment, ensuring efficiency and safety throughout the warehouse. Forklift operation experience is essential to support smooth warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and check incoming deliveries
Manage inventory and conduct regular stock takes
Organise and maintain goods on shelves efficiently
Oversee order picking for the packing department
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for loading/unloading tasks
Report low or out-of-stock items to the office promptly
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
Support and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Proven warehouse management or supervisory experience
Forklift driving licence and experience
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Knowledge of warehouse management systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Employment Details
Full-time permanent contract
Paid according to hours worked
Entitled to paid holiday and other statutory employment rights
