Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support our busy logistics team. You will pick and pack parcels for online orders using paperwork provided and prepare them for courier collection. No warehouse management system is used, so accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Pick items for online orders accurately using paperwork provided
Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit
Prepare parcels for courier uplift
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly for each order
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Assist other team members as needed to meet shipping deadlines
Requirements
Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
Ability to handle heavy items safely
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Employment Details
Full-time permanent contract
Paid according to hours worked
Entitled to paid holiday and other statutory employment rights
