Practice Nurse (Band 5/6) Richmond Lock Surgery Richmond Lock Surgery is looking for a motivated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly team for 20-25 hours per week. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive primary care environment. You will provide a wide range of treatment room services, including wound care, immunisations (childhood and adult), cervical screening, travel health, ECGs, and phlebotomy. You will also manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension, supporting patients with education and self-management. Other responsibilities include managing clinical stock, vaccines, and emergency drugs, performing infection control audits, and ensuring equipment is maintained and calibrated. You will also support and supervise junior nursing staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. We are seeking a registered nurse with strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and up-to-date training in immunisations and cervical screening. A commitment to continuous professional development and high standards of patient care is essential. We offer: NHS Band 5/6 salary (dependent on experience), 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays, a supportive team, and opportunities for ongoing training and development.
