Are you a passionate Educator who believes that love and gentleness are the keys to unlocking a child's potential? We are seeking a high-quality, compassionate Senior Early Years Educator to join an "Outstanding" nursery team dedicated to making sure every child achieves great things.

The Role

This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be a "gentle guide" for children during their most formative years. You will:

  • Support SEN Achievement: Use your passion for Special Educational Needs to ensure all children, regardless of their starting point, reach their full potential.

  • Foster Focus through Creativity: Use visual hooks, drawings, and "sync points" to engage children's attention naturally and kindly.

  • Champion Individual Needs: Recognize that every child is unique and adapt your teaching to meet them where they are.

  • Collaborate with Excellence: Join a supportive community that values PPA time and weekly team development.

What We Are Looking For
  • Qualified Professionals: You must hold at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

  • Experienced Mentors: Experience in an Early Years setting is essential.

  • SEN Advocates: An interest in (or experience with) supporting children with SEN is vital. There is even an opportunity to gain a SENCo qualification.

  • Gentle Leaders: Someone who understands that "nothing is impossible with love" and uses that belief to manage transitions and learning.

Why Join This Team?
  • Professional Growth: Excellent staff induction and a commitment to high-quality professional development.

  • Supportive Environment: Be part of an innovative, forward-thinking, and happy school community.

  • Benefits: Local Government Pension Scheme and dedicated PPA time.
