We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales, Data & Business Insight Representative to join our growing sales and data boutique agency. In this role we are open to train the right person on the technicality of data and sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity be analytical and enhance your sales expertise by using data to close. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data, generating insights, and supporting sales strategies to support our client's sales pipeline and o conversion. A strong understanding of the importance of data in the sales cycle and process. Must have excellent communication skills, and able to think outside of the box, not salesy but an individual with a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
Develop comprehensive business insights through data visualisation and reporting tools
Support the sales team with accurate forecasts, customer segmentation, and targeted outreach strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business plans
Maintain and update databases ensuring accuracy and integrity of information
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making processes
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on analytical findings
Assist in the development of sales strategies by providing relevant market intelligence and competitive analysis
Experience
Proven experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prior experience working within a fast-paced environment is desirable
Knowledge of CRM systems and database management is advantageous
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
