This is role is primarily to support the Gynaecology Admissions Waiting List Coordinators to coordinate the booking of pre-assessment appointments, together with cancellations and re-books and to add waiting list information to the electronic patient system and manage the Gynaecology Admissions Email Inbox.

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic, administrator to join our friendly team, within the Surgical Division.

We are a hard working friendly and flexible team; meeting ever changing demands and require someone of a similar nature. Candidate needs to be willing to work flexibly with regards to hours of work. Full time 37.5 hours. Flexible working days. Substantive Position.

Please note - we are unable to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship (Work Permit) for this role.

Adding patients to waiting list on Cerner and providing breach date information to WLC team. Add external referrals to the system and onto the departmental spreadsheet and book POAs accordingly.
Manage the Gynaecology Admissions Inbox and action emails accordingly.

A good level of organisational skills and ability to deal logically with moderately complex issues is required.
