Crynodeb
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Supported Living Home Manager to lead and oversee a 6-bed supported living service in Ealing. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs to live independently and achieve positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the development of a skilled and motivated staff team.
