We have an exciting opportunity for a sessional administrator to join the Higher Education Registry at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the registry, providing a welcoming reception service and supporting students with guidance and assistance. You will manage the Student Registry email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and administer key student and staff processes, including logging absences, managing timetable changes, handling disciplinaries, pay claims, and meeting arrangements. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support, maintain accurate records, and assist with preparations for Higher Education Exam Boards.
The ability to work autonomously, under pressure and demonstrate initiative is essential. You should be capable of creating and maintaining effective systems and records using Information Technology. Strong communication skills are also important for sharing these records with partners and staff across the College.
