Regional Maintenance Engineer£40,000 Potential bonus, Company Van and Colleague benefitsCovering sites in Winchester and ReadingIn this role you will be expected to work 1 weekend in 4 to 8 depending on staffing levels. Telephone support is required to our help desk and sites on technical issues as they arise.We’re Moto. We are the future of motorway rest stops. We are looking to recruit a multi skilled engineer to provide level 1 maintenance support, who is able to work at fast pace, recognise key priorities quickly, thrive on change and take pride in consistently providing great service. It’s likely that you’re already working in a facilities/maintenance environment with experience in all building maintenance disciplines and have either a recognised mechanical or electrical qualification e.g., 17th/18th Edition. You should also be HVAC familiar and/or qualified.Benefits:Excellent bonus potential up to 15% of salary25 day’s annual leave, plus bank holidaysCompany van with fuel card and full maintenance packageCompany uniform and tool kitUp to 60% discount for you, your partner as well as your family and friendsEnhanced benefits, including enhanced parental leave, pension, sick pay and life assuranceResponsibilities:You will report to the Facilities Regional Manager and will work closely with site management teams and the Support Centre Helpdesk to ensure both reactive and planned preventative maintenance is completed in an efficient and effective manner.Management of all maintenance works on siteCompletion of PPMs (fire safety, H&S & compliance)Manager all external contractorsCarry out small reactive works on siteProvide desk-based support for all Moto unit-based businesses as part of a service-focused support team for all Facilities issues and equipment failuresManage escalations between Moto business and our 3rd party service providers through to completion and effectively communicate call progress to all interested partiesProvide daily administration of financial reporting to Site Operations Managers and senior operations teamBuild and continually improve a central source of known issues and procedures to assist the support processDealing with adversityPerson SpecificationPlanned Maintenance - including fire safety checks, H&S checks, plus PPM on critical onsite plant equipmentReactive maintenance - including undertaking minor plumbing/electrical and/or building repairsAttention to detail and compliance especially to Health and Safety & Fire safetyManaging/overseeing Audit works for fire safety and H&S, (including obtaining quotes and overseeing the agreed works to ensure they are completed to a satisfactory standard)Managing local contractors and overseeing the works they carry outCollating and submitting information in an agreed format.Self-motivated and can manage their working hours effectivelyPrioritise work schedules and manage conflicting demandsHave a flexible approach and demonstrate initiativePossess great communication skillsHave a great team ethosWant to deliver great customer serviceHave competency in Microsoft Word/Outlook applicationsReady to start your Journey with us?
