Summary

Regional Manager – Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Care
Location: Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & Hampshire
Salary: £51,000 + £3,000 car allowance

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager with a proven track record in learning disabilities, autism, and complex care to oversee our supported living services across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality care services and make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple supported living services across the region.

  
  

• Ensure all services comply with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.

  
  

• Support, mentor, and develop service managers and care staff.

  
  

• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and occupancy.

  
  

• Drive best practice in learning disabilities care, autism support, and complex care provision.

  
  

• Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.

  
  

  Requirements / Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in learning disabilities, autism, and complex care services.

    
    

  • Experience managing multiple services or teams in a care environment.

    
    

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance.

    
    

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    
    

  • Ability to travel across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire.
