Location: Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & Hampshire
Salary: £51,000 + £3,000 car allowance
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager with a proven track record in learning disabilities, autism, and complex care to oversee our supported living services across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality care services and make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple supported living services across the region.

Ensure all services comply with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.

Support, mentor, and develop service managers and care staff.

Monitor operational performance, budgets, and occupancy.

Drive best practice in learning disabilities care, autism support, and complex care provision.

Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements / Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in learning disabilities, autism, and complex care services.

Experience managing multiple services or teams in a care environment.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire.
