What the role involves:
Delivering creative and well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and participation
Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
Using assessment data effectively to track progress and identify next steps
Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development alongside academic growth
Collaborating with colleagues to plan and share best practice across year groups
Maintaining a safe and organised learning environment
What you’ll need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK
Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
Confidence in managing classroom behaviour effectively
Strong communication skills with both pupils and adults
A flexible approach and willingness to contribute to school life
A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
