We’re looking for someone with a genuine love for data, someone who gets real satisfaction from digging into information, spotting patterns and transforming complexity into something clear and meaningful. If you’re the sort of person who enjoys solving problems, cares about accuracy and takes pride in producing high‑quality insights, this role will let you do exactly that.

As our Asset Data Analyst Developer, you will play a key part in how we make investment decisions that directly affect people’s homes. You’ll design clear, reliable information products that help colleagues understand our homes, plan investment wisely and improve outcomes for our customers. You’ll help manage and administer our asset information applications and work on automation and AI enabled solutions.

You’ll be well supported with strong management whilst being given the opportunity to take ownership of deliverables, working within a team of data professionals
You’ll work closely with managers, operational colleagues and data specialists across LiveWest, shaping how we use asset data and helping us continually improve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Turn complex asset data into clear insight by developing well-structured reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI.
- Take ownership of data quality by administering, configuring and improving asset management systems including Keystone, Asprey Aspire BI, Sava Intelligent Energy and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Investigate data issues, identify root causes and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Analyse and improve processes, challenging inefficient ways of working and helping design better ones.
- Create automation and AI enabled solutions using tools such as Copilot and Power Automate, where they add genuine value.
- Handle data responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring integrity in all work.
- Continue developing your technical skills and share best practice with other data professionals across the asset strategy function.

Why should I join LiveWest?
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values evidence, learning and collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to shape systems, not just maintain them, and you’ll work in an environment that encourages curiosity, improvement and innovation. Your work will directly influence investment decisions that impact thousands of homes across the Southwest.

This is a fulltime role working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role, working 2–3 days in the office depending on business need. You will be based from our Exeter, Weston or Tolvaddon office (Exeter preferred).
