Summary
Location: South West - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?As a Business Analyst, you'll be working within the Performance team, supporting them in developing management information crucial for decision-making. Your day to day will include:
-Extracting and analysing data from various systems to create meaningful reports
-Developing live workbasket reports to enable effective prioritisation across all workstream
-Creating clear, consistent reporting formats that can be easily understood by management
-Contributing to key performance metrics and management information sharing
-Supporting other departments with valuable business intelligence
What are we looking for?This role of Business Analyst is great for you if:
-You have advanced IT skills, particularly in Power BI reporting, Excel and system automation
-You enjoy solving problems and have excellent analytical abilities
-You're organised, methodical and can work well under pressure
-You have strong communication skills and can present complex data clearly
-You're adaptable and collaborative with a positive approach to teamwork
